Video Balls & Movements

  1. Hi John, great job ver all... Your moving hand has great stability and good gesture... On the bouncing ball had it seems like you had a hard time maintaining the steady tempo... I think try to bounce the ball maybe at lower tempo to gain some fluidity in the wrist... I had issue with that too... :)

  2. Hey John,

I enjoyed how enthusiastic you are about doing the exercises and how fluid your movements are with the hand that is reaching. One thing to remember thought is that when reaching across the body you need to bring you hand to your shoulders first. I would also like to see the bouncing hand to be more consistent and fluid. At times it seemed as though you were only moving the wrist, this creates tension. I would suggest involving your fingers and allowing the arm to follow your fingers to increase the fluidity of the bouncing motion. Other than that awesome job!

  3. John,

Good videos, I enjoy the enthusiasm in your performance! I admire the fluidity of most of your motions, but as Jacob said earlier bringing your hand to your shoulder smoothly would be helpful for the exercise. Also you are quite bold with the tempi that you move your hand at, but it doesn't always stay fluid and consistent through time and space like your other arm. Keep up the good work.
